We do not accept returns or cancellations based on "buyer's remorse" (e.g., changing your mind, or realizing you no longer want the item after delivery).
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Required
To prevent fraudulent claims and verify transport damage, a complete, unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory.
* The video must clearly show the courier label on the package before opening.
* The video must show the continuous opening of the box and the first testing of the product in a single, unedited shot.
* Failure to provide an authentic unboxing video within 72 hours of delivery will result in the immediate rejection of your replacement request.
3. No Monetary Refunds (Exchange Only)
We operate on an "Exchange-Only" framework. If your claim is verified and approved based on your unboxing video, our team will instantly ship a brand-new replacement product directly to your address completely free of cost. Cash or bank refunds are not provided unless the item is entirely out of stock.
